These statistics are based on comparing other agent represented sales to CalzaCo. If we compare cases where the home buyer had no realtor representation of their own, CalzaCo buyers save $31,300 at closing and pay $501 less per month.

WORK WITH US

Their timeline was dwindling down then they came across this home that was in their budget and technically could work but they didn't love it. The agent told them they needed to offer because it would sell fast, that they had to offer over asking price and couldn't negotiate seller concessions. The seller accepted their offer within hours. Later they wanted to cancel the contract but their agent told them they couldn't without loosing a ton of money so they closed on the home. 

 After closing they learned from the neighbors that the seller was ecstatic about the offer that they hadn't even had other showings that were interested. They have never really been happy with it, then - as Murphy's Law would have it A LOT of things started going wrong with the house. Other friends of theirs asked them why they didn't use CalzaCo, and they told us upon meeting that they so wished they had. 

Ultimately, we were able to get them out of that home and into their dream home. They made good money from the listing with CalzaCo on their side despite only having owned it a couple years and overpaying for it when they bought! For the home they bought with CalzaCo on their side: they saved $10,000 off price, plus we negotiated $16,000 from the seller for the buyers closing costs, AND we were able to help them lock an interest rate 1% lower than the market average.
