They came to the area through a PCS to Luke AFB about 12 years ago, her husband has since retired from Active Duty but is still an Air Force reservist who works at Luke AFB. Julie Calza is the founder of CalzaCo and the strategic force behind the standard the team is known for today. A Marine veteran, Julie served in the Marine Corps as a Signals Analyst in the intelligence field and has also lived military life as the spouse of an Air Force service member through years of active service. She and her husband PCS'd to Luke themselves about 12 years ago, Julie's husband has since retired from Active Duty and Julie has now experienced life as the spouse of an Air Force reservist who works at Luke AFB. Through those experiences, she has lived the realities of over a dozen PCS moves, multiple deployments, countless TDYs, and the long-term decisions that shape a family’s future.
After serving in the Marine Corps, Julie completed studies through TCU’s Neeley School of Business. That academic foundation, combined with her military background, still shapes the way she thinks about real estate strategy, negotiation, and long-term financial decision-making.
